Consultant
You are at the heart of high-impact assignments and in direct contact with the customer. Your skills and your ability to make proposals put you in a position to play an active role, both in conducting analyses and in making and communicating recommendations. Thanks to the support that you receive, you can immediately apply the skills you have learned at eleven. You also participate in building eleven’s future by working on sales proposals, R&D projects and internal projects.
Graduates of A-level schools, both engineering (Polytechnique, Mines, Centrale Paris, ENS, Cambridge, etc.) and business (HEC Paris, ESSEC, London Business School, ESADE, etc.).
Senior Consultant
You are responsible for ranges of assignments, in particular by supervising consultants and conducting high-added-value analyses. With your experience, you are able to convey complex messages to the client and to manage the day-to-day relationship with the client. You also participate in building eleven’s future by working on sales proposals, R&D projects and internal projects.
PhD or MBA graduates (INSEAD, Harvard, etc.), or those with several years of experience in a management position or in a recognised strategy consulting firm.
Case team leader
You are in charge of the smooth running of the assignment. You are responsible for organising the assignment, consultants’ work, and the orientation of the analyses. You guarantee the quality of the recommendations and the good relationship with the client throughout the assignment. You improve your management and negotiation skills. You also participate in building eleven’s future by supervising sales efforts, R&D projects and internal projects.
Consultants from recognised strategy consulting firms
Manager
You are responsible for the smooth running of a portfolio of assignments. You are responsible for framing and monitoring the assignments. You are responsible for the main orientations of the assignments and for the good long-term relationship with the client. You develop your negotiation and leadership skills. You also participate in building eleven’s future by coordinating eleven’s sales, R&D and internal efforts in collaboration with the firm’s partners.
