Eleven is a fast-expanding consulting firm enjoying significant growth. We are constantly looking for professionals and talent to join our teams.

The recruitment process

If your application is successful, you will be invited for a first interview with a manager or senior consultant.

If you are selected after your first interview, we will offer you two or three additional interviews with senior managers and partners of the firm.

If you make it to the final round, we will offer you a closing meeting with one of our partners. The purpose of this interview is to allow us to finalise our decision before making you a definitive offer.

The profiles we are looking for:

More specifically, we are looking for strategy consultants with various profiles along the data/strategy continuum. Two consultant profiles stand out:

  • Those with a strong understanding of the business and technological challenges in the digital and data fields through their business education and experience.
  • Those with a strong command of data science tools and who are seeking to develop their knowledge of economic models and issues.

Eleven’s teams are made up of mixed profiles of engineers and salespeople, because we strongly believe that the collaboration of versatile profiles with different centres of expertise is crucial to the success of our projects.
