LLM use case: better understand customer expectations for a player in the travel sector
Eleven helped a world leader in travel booking to better understand customer expectations and pain points.
In the context of a Start-Up Studio assignment for a world leader in energy, eleven consultants-entrepreneurs participated, in collaboration with several start-ups, in the launch of a service offering that aims to reduce the fuel consumption of car fleets.
Thanks to an IoT sensor positioned in the OBD port of the vehicles and providing real-time driving data, the driving behaviors of the users are analyzed in order to issue, via a mobile application, recommendations so that they can limit their fuel consumption, in a “gamified” logic. The fleet manager also benefits from dynamic reporting of consumption by vehicle and improvement in user performance over time. Incompressible” emissions are then offset through pre-selected projects chosen by customers.
