Identification and prioritization of digital growth opportunities mainly stemming from the analysis of a disruptive competitor for a leading environmental services player

Our client, world leader of waste collection, asked us to assess the reproducibility of a disruptive platform model on his markets.

First, eleven conducted a pre-due diligence work in order to identifiy the commercial levers and technological enablers of this disruptive model and set a common reproducibility analysis framework.

Then, eleven, in collaboration with the group top management and the bsuiness units directors, mapped the existing internal intiatives and identified the technological enablers and services that could be added to the group’s existing offers to foster his differentiation through service.
