A global construction leader asked eleven to generalize monitoring on his building sites and thus improve his operational efficiency.
eleven, along with his client, developed a solution based on deep learning and computer vision to automatically monitor building sites’ progress and to precisely measure the time required for each task.
The solution enabled simpler building site monitoring and better identification of operational reasons of consctruction delays.
Pictures are collected by reusable 4G cameras spread on the building sites. Following a privacy-by-design logic (e.g., pictures processed and not stored), the solution has been industrialized and a platform has been developed to display results to operational teams.
