Eleven helped a world leader in travel booking to better understand customer expectations and pain points.
Leveraging its experience in structuring innovation hubs in large corporates and its expertise in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT), Eleven supported the European and French leader in rail transport in the creation of its IoT project acceleration pole. This “Fab” has enabled to develop the group’s internal skills to identify, prioritize, accelerate and deploy numerous internal initiatives in various subsidiaries.
Eleven contributed to the definition of the needs, methods, skills and resources required for the smooth operation of the accelerator, from support to intrapreneurs, to the analysis of the value drivers of IoT projects, and to the prioritization of the technologies and projects to be supported.
