Our client, a European infrastructure building player asked us to design a scalable and quickly actionable BIM strategy in order to improve his operational and CSR performance.
eleven conducted an in-depth analysis of our client’s needs and BIM maturity and then identified and put in place business use cases (planning, modelling, cost assessment…). The BIM project was later rolled out in the group’s business units across several geographies.
This project enabled our client to increase the concrete infrastructure lifetime through close monitoring of its deterioration level combined with predictive maintenance models.
