eleven conducted a thorough analysis of data maturity inside the group (technique, organisation…) and then estimated and prioritized over sixty data uses cases with operational teams according to their ROI, urgency, feasibility and financial stake. A cross-entities project deployement system has also been defined. eleven held an alignement seminar with the executive comittee to further precise the group’s ambition and completed an actionable data roadmap for the next three, five and ten years.
