Eleven helped a world leader in travel booking to better understand customer expectations and pain points.
Our client, Creadev, a Private Equity and Venture Capital investment fund, called upon eleven to analyze the perspective of an investment in Selency, the French leader in online sales of second-hand furniture, and to make strategic recommendations for the company’s development over the next few years.
Drawing on its expertise in circular economy and digital technologies, eleven conducted a 360° analysis of the company’s business model (from sourcing products to their delivery to end customers, including customer acquisition and category management), in order to identify main growth levers , optimization areas and potential brakes on its development.
The eleven consultants also carried out an in-depth study of the company’s customer and seller base in order to understand retention dynamics , upsells and cross – sells over recent years.
Our due diligence report contributed to Creadev’s participation in Selency, which strengthens its portfolio dedicated to responsible and sustainable projects already including companies such as Recommerce et CircularX that eleven also had the opportunity to accompany.
